Lat night at the Cowgirl Restaurant
Music, beer and great food.
Squash casserole and salad, enough for two! Delicious!We got in late in Santa Fe and Ted at the Silver Saddle told us Cowgirl's stays open late on Saturday night. That is one of my favorite restaurants. We were tired and the Squash casserole was the perfect late night meal with a cold draft beer.
