It is difficult to let others learn by making mistakes. How else can we learn? I tell my students to experiment and don't be afraid to fail. If you don't fail sometimes you are not pushing yourself hard enough.How do we stand back so others can learn? It is so easy to give the obvious answers.
We each have to experience our own journey to find our way.
Wanting to help others sometimes can get in their way of learning.
Spread your wings and fly. Find your way and be confident.
